How close sport and everyday working life are, how they influence each other and how important it is to learn the values of team spirit, perseverance and fair play at an early age is something we see clearly in our everyday working life. Our managing director Michael Deiß supports traditional clubs with strong youth departments and focuses on the early imprinting of young athletes for goal-oriented cooperation.
