We support our customers in product selection and advise them on licensing strategies. Overlicensed or sublicensed? We help you with rightsizing.
We also offer our customers Adobe Platinum Maintenance & Support contracts. Thus, licensees are entitled to free updates (new versions, service packs) and support (assistance with problems, provision of hotfixes, etc.).
eggs unimedia can provide 1st level support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and AEM Forms) as part of Platinum Support and is therefore your direct, German-speaking contact for all support matters - a service that many of our customers greatly appreciate.
What does the support include?
- Direct support in case of problems regarding performance, functionality or usage
- Diagnosis of technical problems
- Troubleshooting technical problems
Our responsibility usually ends where an intervention in the Adobe source code is required. However, we remain your direct contact in this case and take over the communication with Adobe Support. Experience has shown that we can handle over 70% of all support requests directly and without involving Adobe.
